In Electro Coagulation process the color, oil & grease, and suspended solids are removed using Iron Electrodes and Dissolved air flotation ( DAF ) separation system. This process can be incorporated either as a primary treatment or a tertiary treatment according to the effluent condition Electro Coagulation System is our uniquely designed worldwide proven technology that we have successfully implemented at our numerous customer venues pan globe. Electro Coagulation is the process of destabilizing suspended, emulsified or dissolved contaminants in an aqueous state by inducing an electrical direct current in to the medium. The electrical current provides the necessary electro motive force to drive the chemical reactions thus the elements or compounds are enabled to approach the most stable state. This state of stability produces a solid that is less colloidal and less emulsified than the compounds at equilibrium values. As this occurs, the contaminants form hydrophobic entities that precipitate and can be easily removed by a number of secondary separation techniques.
